Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a server or bartended a plus.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
