Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. This role requires a proactive approach to legal research, litigation, and client representation. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, opinion letters and contracts.
- Assist in litigation processes by preparing for trials and hearings.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on cases and projects.
- Utilize Westlaw for efficient legal research and case management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Real Estate Law desired but not required.
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for drafting precise legal documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
