GPR Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Silicon Valley, California. In 2011, Glen Yonekura and Phillip Rolla formed GPR Ventures to maximize their acquisition-to-disposition expertise, providing real estate investment opportunities for a select group of sophisticated investors. To date, GPR has acquired over 100 buildings comprised of industrial/flex and office use across 60+ different projects. The portfolio totals nearly 4,000,000 square feet in addition to 26 acres of industrial and mixed-use residential land.
What you'll do:
- Asset analysis and financial modeling
- Debt/equity analysis
- Build and support relationships with strategic investors
- Analyze real estate opportunities
- Socio-economic and demographic research
- Market analysis
- Support internal operations and activities
Required:
- Excellence in financial modeling/underwriting
- Excellent quantitative skills
- Experience in various asset classes including equities and real estate
- Ability to manage $5M-50 million development opportunities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to interface with legal professionals
- Ability to manage constantly shifting priorities
- Ability to interface with high net worth investors
- Proficient in Excel
- Previous experience supporting investment funds
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work with a small team
Preferred but not required:
- Property acquisition and portfolio management experience
- ARGUS certification
*Compensation will be performance based and commensurate with prior experience.
