Your Responsibilities:
- Network and prospect using Keller Williams' proven systems.
- Show properties to buyers and assist sellers with marketing.
- Answer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and host open house events.
- Build your own sales business and share in the team’s success through profit-sharing
Requirements:
- Must be located in California or open to remote work.
- At least 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- A real estate license is a plus (but not required—we’ll help you get it!).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
- Expected hours (20-40 hours per week)
