Hoffman & Forde, Attorneys at Law, A.P.C. is seeking a real estate attorney on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is self-motived and confident, are timely and effective communicators and can efficiently complete multiple projects delivering quality work product, possess a good attitude with an aptitude to learn.
Requirements:
- Must be admitted to practice law in California.
- Strong real estate experience
- Self-starter with demonstrated experience in litigation..
- Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in real estate.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Contract compensation based on experience with an estimated hourly rate of $40 - $100.00/per hour.
