Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and ensure efficient data access and retention.
- Assist with event planning and project coordination as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite to prepare documents and presentations.
