To continue operating at our high-quality standards, and due to our continuous expansion and growth of our business, we are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, contribute to our vision, and ready to join a cutting-edge supplier of surgical instruments to the biomedical research community.
The Position:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
Employment: Non-exempt Hourly (30-min or 1-hour Lunch)
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Foster City, CA
Vacation: 15 days per year

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process, input, and maintain customer Purchase Orders and Quotation Requests
- Assists with processing and troubleshooting e-commerce orders and web-based support tickets and requests
- General Info Account Inquiries - provides timely responses to customer requests/needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Phone management – answer phone, maintenance of company voicemail
- Maintain customer records and files (Sales Orders/Delivery Notes)
- Adhere to company RMA policy and documentation of customer identified issues troubleshoot and solution focused mindset
- Active follow-up calls for open orders or quotations
- Assist in updating and maintaining CRM data
- Accurately pick, pack and ship customer orders
- Keep track of stock levels, conduct inventory counts, assist in stocking of stockroom materials, maintain organization for an efficient workflow
- Assist in receiving incoming shipments, check quality, and restocking inventory

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Database entry/management experience plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with SAP (ERP software) a plus but not required
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office software is required
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus
