Accounting/Clerical - Watsonville

This job will encompass several areas of responsibility tied into our related lending and property management entities. We are exciting, growing and offer excellent opportunities for development.

Job Description:

Duties will include some or all of the following:

· Filing

· Research

· Data Entry

· Special projects and administrative duties

· Bookkeeping

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Strong organizational skills

· Software experience with the following is helpful:

- Microsoft Office – emphasis in Excel

- QuickBooks

· A great personality

· A desire to learn

· Experience with AccountMate helpful

. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices

. Prior clerical experience preferred

Compensation varies depending on experience.
