Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating real estate investments, conducting market research, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of real estate markets, enabling them to assess risks and opportunities effectively.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the CA, TX, GA, NC and FL real estate market.
- Perform risk analysis on potential investments to evaluate their viability and profitability.
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow reports to assess the performance of real estate portfolios.
- Assist in loan origination processes by preparing necessary documentation and conducting credit analysis.
- Collect and analyze data related to property values, market conditions, and economic factors affecting real estate investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate terms for property acquisitions or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts and portfolio management activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in real estate analysis or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with portfolio management concepts and practices is desirable.
