Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding real estate transactions
- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials
- Prepare legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and lease agreements
- Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, if necessary
-Lender Liability and/or Creditor’s Rights,
-Real Property Secured Transaction Litigation and/or Foreclosures,
-Title Insurance and/or Escrow,
-Landlord/Tenant Disputes and Evictions,
-Appeals,
-Post Judgment and Collections,
-Liens, Judgments, and Notes/Deeds of Trust.
Experience:
- Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Proficient in legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to draft complex legal documents
- Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, and financing transactions
- Ability to litigate real estate disputes is a plus
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as document management and case tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $180,000.00 - $295,535.00 per year
