We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced manager to lead our escrow team. If you have 5+ years of management experience and adrive for success, this is your chance to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact with our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Lead, mentor, and support your team for success.
- Recruit top talent and grow the branch.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and proactive problem-solving.
- Stay informed on industry trends and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to drive revenue, manage expenses, and increase market share.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in escrow required.
- Has experience in residential, business and commercial sales transactions.
- Book of business is a plus, but not required.
- Must be comfortable speaking Korean.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
