Administrative Assistant

An established multi-state manufacturing company is seeking a tech-savvy administrative professional to handle a variety of tasks in their Stockton, CA office. A successful candidate will be comfortable with technology as we continue to move from physical to electronic processes as our business continues to grow. This position will have split reporting duties to begin with so our candidate must have great time management and prioritization skills.

The role will start with the following duties, with opportunity for more as the candidate learns the business:

General Office Support – Reception phones/mail
Work order writing and printing
Basically anything else we can think of or you volunteer to help with!

The minimum requirements we currently seek:

QuickBooks experience (or similar software package), either educational or professional.
Microsoft Office power user.
Superior atention to detail. (That last sentence should drive you crazy)
Organized
Great team attitude and the ability to learn.
