We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in U.S. real estate to join our team as a Real Estate Research Specialist. This part-time (with full-time potential), remote position requires understanding of the U.S. real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and support our real estate investment and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency with real estate tools, and the ability to work independently while delivering accurate and timely insights.

Requirements

Must be comfortable speaking fluent or professional English
Daily Zoom Video Calls
Diligent, hard working and paying attention to details.
Ability to learn new training material and courses
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, and CRM systems for data management and reporting.
Conduct in-depth research on U.S. real estate markets, focusing on specific regions, neighborhoods, or property types
Analyze market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and demographic data to identify investment opportunities or risks.
Gather data from various sources, including MLS (Multiple Listing Service), public records, county assessors, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and other real estate platforms.
The position starts as part time at 25 hours a week with room to grow into a full time position
