TCG is Rick Cunningham's internal hub at Keller Williams Marina Del Rey. We are looking for more seasoned Agents to join our Real Estate Team and work in a very positive and exciting environment. Not only do we help you generate your own leads, but we also provide the tools needed to do so. We pay for most real estate expenses an individual agent would usually pay for, and we have great splits and mentors who will provide the training and help you need. Being a part of our Team also includes leads and listings of our own including open house opportunities. Compensation will be commission based.

Qualifications:

You should have an engaging personality & great attitude
Be personable, honest, and interested in helping others
Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
Self-motivated & driven
Desire to learn new skills and working on a Team
You must have an active real estate license and minimum of 1 year real estate sales experience with transactions closed

Responsibilities:

Nurturing company provided leads and prospecting new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, open houses etc.
Working closely with buyers and sellers in real estate sales transactions
Negotiating contracts and handling client issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Choose your own hours
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
