This is a commission based position with a highly competitive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.

Sales & Negotiation:

• Facilitate property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.

• Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms to secure the best deal for clients.

Property Listings & Marketing:

• Develop and manage property listings on various platforms.

• Create compelling marketing materials, including online listings, and social media posts.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, brokers, and other agents to expand the property portfolio.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Legal & Financial Guidance:

• Guide clients through financial processes, including mortgage applications, contracts, and property transfers.

• Ensure compliance with Boston’s real estate regulations and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

• Knowledge of Boston’s real estate market is a significant advantage.
