Position Details:

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Riverside, CA 92503 (In-person)

Start Date: February 2025

Salary: $20 per hour during the trial period, with the possibility of a salary adjustment to follow upon its completion.

Trial Period: 3 months

Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and office management tasks.
Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and organizing office operations.
Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms in collaboration with the marketing team.
Support various marketing efforts, such as email campaigns and basic content creation, as required.

Ability to commute or relocate to Riverside, CA 92503 before starting work.
