Our client is looking for several experienced Skilled Construction Laborers for a long-term project in the Norfolk, NE area. If you have a solid background in construction—especially concrete work—and are looking for stable, well-paid work with benefits, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Perform a variety of hands-on construction tasks including concrete work, site prep, and general labor
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects on track
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including concrete work
Physical ability to handle labor-intensive tasks
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Basic English communication skills
