Responsibilities

Leverage company-provided leads to identify and develop relationships with landowners across target markets, serving as the primary point of contact for acquisition opportunities.
Engage landowners in thoughtful, strategic discussions to understand their needs, motivations, and goals regarding potential land sales.
Educate landowners about the value of their property and the benefits of partnering with Next Generation Land Company, building credibility and rapport.
Negotiate terms of land sales that align with company objectives while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess property viability and ensure seamless execution of acquisition deals.
Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive follow-up on provided leads and relationship management.
Represent Next Generation Land Company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with landowners and stakeholders.
