Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Schaumburg, IL (100% Onsite)

Duration: Direct Hire

Hourly Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendar, meetings, and daily schedule with high attention to detail.

• Prioritize and coordinate meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are present.

• Plan and book complex travel itineraries.

• Prepare and submit detailed expense reports.

• Review and triage executive email and communication.

• Serve as primary point of contact for the VP of Sales.

• Maintain professional and discreet communication at all times.

• Take initiative to identify problems and implement timely solutions.

• Act as liaison to internal teams and departments.

• Generate reports/dashboards via Salesforce (preferred).

Required:

• 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.

• Strong calendar and travel management experience.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and iPhone applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Thick-skinned, adaptable personality able to navigate fast-paced, occasionally unfiltered environments.

• Ability to independently manage time and competing priorities.

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Schaumburg, IL.

Preferred:

• Salesforce experience.

• Previous project coordination or meeting planning experience.
