At Intersection, we’re on the hunt for a Director of Brokerage to lead, recruit, and develop an elite squad of commercial real estate brokers in San Diego. This isn’t a desk job—it’s a high-energy, high-impact role for someone who knows how to inspire, coach, and drive performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Building a dream team – Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier brokerage talent, turning high-potential hires into powerhouse producers.

✔ Being the ultimate coach – Hold strategic one-on-one coaching sessions and run team meetings that don’t just check a box—they ignite action.

✔ Supercharging deals – Provide expert guidance on brokerage transactions, ensuring deals close smoothly, clients are wowed, and revenue climbs.

✔ Keeping the team sharp – Set performance benchmarks, track results, and offer real-time feedback that actually moves the needle.

✔ Managing growth (and change) – Oversee both talent acquisition and transitions with a focus on maintaining a strong, dynamic, and winning culture.

✔ Shaping the future – Work alongside senior leadership to drive strategy, innovation, and market dominance.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience – You’ve spent 3-5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage and at least 2 years leading a team or mentoring brokers.

🔹 Market Mastery – You know the San Diego CRE market like the back of your hand—trends, transactions, key players, you name it.

🔹 Leadership DNA – You don’t just manage people—you motivate, inspire, and elevate them.

🔹 Recruiting Magnetism – You can spot, attract, and close top talent while keeping the team culture tight and dynamic.

🔹 Strategic & Tactical – You see the big picture but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make deals happen.
