We are a rapidly growing property management firm specializing in homeowner associations. We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant that enjoys the challenges of a fast paced, high volume environment, a "can do" attitude, and is comfortable handling "whatever comes up," while never forgetting that our clients' satisfaction is our top priority.

Responsibilities will include:

- Administrative tasks, such as scanning invoices, calling vendors, updating payment addresses. putting together mailers, creating invoices, setting up new clients in our system, etc.

- Reception duties, such as greeting clients, signing for packages and answering the phone

- Speaking directly with clients on the phone about account inquiries and directing other calls to the appropriate team member

We are looking for a responsible, dependable team player! Someone that has high moral and ethical standards with a friendly and outgoing personality that enjoys people! NO DRAMA!

You need to have at least one year experience in one year experience in administrative work.
