Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
Create and maintain property listings on various platforms
Coordinate property showings and open houses
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
Prepare and review documents such as purchase agreements, and closing statements
Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, and inspectors

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously

Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures

Ability to analyze market data and trends to provide accurate pricing recommendations
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, documents, and financial calculations
