Job Purpose

Support the Customer Service Representative with customer inquiries and general office support for a leading tree nut manufacturer in Woodland CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Customer Order entry

· General clerical duties including emailing, photocopying, fax and mailing, but not limited to other tasks associated with this position

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Retrieve documents from filing system

· Maintain office supply inventories

· Answer office phones

· Inform customers of order status, supporting customer pick ups and general inquiries

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Must have minimum 2-year experience in administrative/receptionist field.

· Must have knowledge of basic Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Must possess excellent administrative skills, customer service skills, and the ability to act as an ambassador to the community.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, visitors, customers, and vendors.

· Must be an excellent communicator orally and in writing.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently, yet remain a member of a team.

· Organized, efficient, creative, and capable of implementing multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to understand company policies

· Ability to learn how to work between two desktops and learn new software if needed.

Work Environment

Combination of office environment along with duties that will require the incumbent work in a plant environment where physical hazards such as production equipment and forklifts may be present.
